I love it because its so easy to eat, and because of the fact that it can be made in any season of the year. The dish itself is actually pretty good, but the sauce that they used for it is the perfect mix of heat and sweetness. Viejas casino shuttle is basically a Mexican version of steak, but with a bit more of a spicy kick. It’s great because it’s a meal that can be made anytime, in any season, and it’s easy to throw into the oven.
But I’ve had it a few times now, and I know that I’ll always love it. I like my viejas casino shuttle a loooooong time ago, and I still love it. This is one of those dishes that you just can’t stop eating.
